Can the contour roam 2 connect to a tv straight after recording and play back the footage?

I am looking at which action cam to get for my motorcycle helmet and don't want a gopro. The contour roam 2 has everything else I want but I can't seem to find if it can play directly to a tv through the hdmi or USB port? Thanks all
