Should I buy a GoPro camera or should I get a waterproof case for my iPhone 6?

I want to use it to take cool pictures underwater. I would also use it to take some videos and it's really portable and lightweight.
If i got it i would buy the GoPro Hero 4 Silver, but i don't know if it's worth the $400.
