Having trouble capturing photos with gopro3?

Hi all, I've recently started using a gopro hero 3 here and there and quite enjoying it. Using it as a helmet as a helmet camera whilst mountain biking is brilliant and recording at work is great too but I'm having trouble with capturing photos. It seems that unless I keep the camera totally motionless it comes out extremely blurry. Which is annoying due to the type of photos im trying to take. Any tips to stop this happening?
