Child ghost in my Japanese apartment?

So my friend and I have had our slam pieces sleep over the past couple of weeks. About a week ago they told us that they think my apartment is haunted. Both slam pieces have heard footsteps in the hallway at around 01:30 in the morning, around the time they've finished giving us dome. My slam piece said she heard a knock on our door and a childs voice. My buddys slam piece said she heard someone moving things around in the living room, the room they **** next to. I haven't seen anything… Both slam pieces, Japanese, say they can tell if I have a ghost or not by how much I pay for my apartment. I pay about 180,000 yen a month. Those are military prices. But now that I think about it the circumstances are a bit odd. It was the first place they showed me and above the price range I was able to pay. They said they could lower it. Every place they showed me after that was awful. They lowered the price of this sick apartment to my price range, easy day. They really pushed it on me. So there is that. My buddy also said that last night he heard something in the back room and then his guitar fell over. It had beed standing in one place for 20 minutes. We also tried recording the livingroom with GoPro's during the night, but the only thing we caught was me going to wash period blood of my erect penis so that my slam piece would give me dome. It's all very strange to me. Any opinions or solutions would be welcome. Thanks!
