I'm trying to use my webcam to make a video but it's not working.
I have a HP Notebook, 3yrs old. It has an i7 core and works fine otherwise.
Added (1). HP Pavilion Entertainment PC
Added (2). error message; "No DLL's were found in the Waterfall procedure"
