I used my GoPro Hero 3+ Black for the first time outside today. I was skiing in roughly 20 F weather.
While skiing, i was periodically turning the GoPro on and off, and everything was fine. However, at a certain point I turned the GoPro off for about 30 minutes. When i tried to turn it on again, it was completely unresponsive. None of the 3 buttons made any effect on the GoPro. (I checked the buttons and they weren't jammed).
When i took the camera inside, it still wouldn't turn on after it had reached ambient temperature. However, when I pulled out the battery and put it back in, the GoPro started working.
This cycled repeated twice.
Why does this happen? Is this a defect? What might I be doing wrong?
