I have a Hero3+ and in device manager it's seeing it as an MTP device, in 'devices and printers' it sees a GoPro but I'm unable to access any files on it, also each time I unplug it and plug it back in, it reinstalls the drivers, firmware was updated on gopro but still no luck, the GoPro software also doesn't see it! Any help would be much appreciated!
