I am using GoPro Hero3+ Black. And the video type I film the most is hiking video blog. I've been using 2.7K with 30FPS, but when I review the footages I personally found them to be a bit choppy when I am trying to move the camera horizontally to scan a full wide view. There is a setting on GoPro that's 1080 with 60 FPS, but idk, i think 2.7K looks more high def than 1080.
Anyway I just want your opinions on this. When you guys film videos what res and FPS do you use?
