What gopro conversion option in gopro studio is best for mobile apps like instagram?

I used my gopro hero 4 black to take a short clip at 1440p at 80 fps and converted it using the HD 2.7k conversion option, i emailed it to myself and opened it on my mobile device and I posted it on instagram. It didn't look very good. The quality wasn't great at all. What is the best conversion option for instagram?
