I was filtering through stationary trafic at a speed of 20-24mph i choose this speed as i felt safe because there were no cars at all approaching, so as i was going allong i saw a car which has stopped exceptionally close to the line so i over took it and a car came out of the side road, and i did not have any time to stop which led me to hitting his bumper and flying over the bonnet onto the road landing on my back, as i later reviewed the footage of my gopro the driver was not looking at my side at all and cut tye lane only looking to the left, i think he was supposed to stop near the lline to look arround. The other problem is that i honestly didnt know that i need a cbt as i thought that all i need is a car licence, and the insurance sold me the policy without it! But i had booked a cbt before the accident bcause i wanted to go on full licence… So what will happen now? Who is to blame? Please someone answer and thank you!
