I'm very interested in the poloroid XS100 action cam. My main purpose for the camcorder is to make motorcycle vlog videos and basically talk through a microphone as I ride and talk about tips and current events and such. I was curious to find out that if I could buy an attachment such as a mini USB that transfers that into a 3.5mm jack and then I can attach a 3.5mm microphone to that and sneak it to my helmet where my mouth is and talk while I ride my motorcycle. Can I do this or is the mini USB port only meant for charging and it does not have an input/output on it. Or will it not allow it since it's just meant for charging? If that won't work can I do it with the contour ROAM 2? If not then I'll go with the gopro2
