Ok so I am pretty tight on money right now so I dont know if I can get the Gopro hero 3+ black edition but do you think I should get the white edition since it is $250 but it shoots in 30fps for 1080p while the black edition can shoot in 4k and shoot in 1080p 60fps with some other features…
