I'm going to Hawaii and I'm trying to find the best affordable water proof camera. I've watched videos on YouTube and the quality was stunningly beautiful, but I also watched a few videos in which the quality was pretty bad. So I was wondering if the really amazing videos went though any filters or editing.
I will be going snorkeling and swimming with manta rays but I also am going to want to film the hula dances and stuff like that, so it needs to have good quality for out of the water too. I'm also wondering what the best camera (and filters if necessary ) is to get. I looked at the gopro hero 3+ but that is not in my price range. Thank you:)
