Windows 8 & windows movie maker?

Does anyone know why this thing keeps popping up on my pc? Its been doing this all day. Its unpredictable. Please, no sarcastic answers or comments. Im trying to render (edit). Im also using a gopro white edition if it matters. Anything will be of use. Thank you:-)
