So I have an MP4 file that I filmed using the GoPro Hero 3 Black Edition. I've taken a lot of videos with this camera. When I get home I take the videos off and save them to my external HD. Every other time I've done this nothing has gone wrong until now. Every other video has the preview of the video as the icon, but this file has the white paper with the film strip and musical note as the icon. It will play the first 5 seconds on Widows Media Player then it stops and says "Windows Media Player encountered a problem while playing the file." It will play all of the way through on QuickTime Player though. I'm trying to edit it with GoPro studio, but it will not convert the file. I NEED to edit it before I put it on YOUTUBE. I'm a race car driver and this is my first roll over and I want to put it on YOUTUBE to show my friends and family. Of course it's the video I want the most that screws up. Thanks in advance.
