I think that gopro hero3+ black are too expensive. So I'm considering hero3 black or hero3+ silver. Which one is the best? Or are black + so much better that I need to buy that.
What I'm mostly interested in is picture quality. I'm going to use this while snorkling, and such in Mexico.
