Hello guys, so I recently received a GoPro Hero 3+ Black Edition as a present from my girlfriend. The camera worked fine and I even mounted it to my car a few times and did several time lapse videos and was just amazed by the quality. About a week after receiving the camera, I noticed it would freeze every now and then. At first, the freezing would go away with a simple reboot. The freezing soon got worse, it came to the point where I would have to reset the firmware after every boot up because otherwise it would just lock up. I did as much research as I could and even blamed it on my micro sd card. Problem was that even with the sd card out or even with another sd card in it. It would still freeze. After almost giving up, I decided to contact customer support and they agreed to try and repair it. My question is, has anyone here had experience dealing with customer support and how long does turnaround time usually take? Please don't say it was my sd card. I had a genuine class 10 Sandisk 32Gb Extreme Plus with good writing speed. Thanks in advance guys!
