Legally mounted gopro on motorcycle helmet?

I have a Speed and Strength ss2200 helmet but i was wondering if i can legally mount my gopro on the lower part of the visor. I really dig the view of having the camera on the front of the chin bar but since my helmet's visor extends over, therefore covering the chin bar, an i allowed to mount the camera on the front of the lower part of the visor?
